There was I spraying Febreze on to a mattress after having stuffed a single duvet into a washing machine drum a little smaller than the size of a single duvet. We were staying in a holiday cottage, when one night, a teenage sized bladder emptied itself on to pillow, pillow case, duvet, duvet cover, sheet, sheet protector and mattress. I had remained calm and accepting and all those other things we should be, whilst still cursing under my inner breath at the pile of stinking laundry and the note I was going to have to leave for the owner.
